Pip's Pours & Prose began with a simple idea: create a place where a love of books, cats, and community can come together under one roof.

Named after our beloved feline muse, Pip, a remarkably intelligent, regal, and delightfully sassy cat, our bookstore is inspired by the comfort, curiosity, and companionship that both books and cats bring into our lives.

While we currently operate as an online bookseller, our vision extends far beyond the digital shelf. We are working toward opening a welcoming bookstore, café, and cat lounge where visitors can browse thoughtfully curated books, enjoy a favorite beverage, and spend time with adoptable cats in a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Whether it's a morning coffee, an afternoon tea, a glass of wine, or another carefully selected pour, we believe great drinks and great stories are best enjoyed together.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, we support PayPal and other secure payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and secure.

What is your shipping policy?

  • We process and ship primarily with USPS priority mail within three to five business days.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Processing time may be delayed due to a higher volume of orders or holidays.
  • Items shipped by our distributor will ship out within three to five business days.

What is your Return Policy?

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within a specified time frame, depending on the card issuer's policies.
